Domestic Shipping

Products are usually shipped via UPS on the same business day for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST. UPS Ground averages 2 business day in the Southeast, 3 days to the Midwest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast.

International Shipping

We ship USPS or UPS International to most international destinations (due to distribution agreements we can not ship to Canada and other international locations - please call us to check if we can ship to your location). This service generally takes 6-10 business days. However, during busy periods and for some remote destinations it may take up to 3 weeks. International order are usually shipped the next business day.

Returns Policy

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy and hassle free.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund*. You can return your purchase for up to 21 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.

Where should I send the products to?

To return an Item you must get a return number first. To get one please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and chose which item(s) you wish to return. After submiting your return request You will get a comfirmation email with return instructions within 48 hours.

How and when do I get my refund?

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Products sent without a return number will not be refunded or returned to you.
